The Origo Script Management System manages the entire life cycle of issuer scripts in an issuer system. MasterCard, VISA and EMV type issuer script decisions are received from various channels and relevant issuer scripts are generated and sent to the card.

The system consists of 4 modules;
Issuer Script Management System contains four (4) modules:

• Main Module
• Reporting Module
• Script Host
• Cryptogram Validation Host (Optional)

Scripts are very crucial units in the system to manage card parameters and customer satisfaction. For example, when customers request to change or unblock the PIN of their card, the PIN CHANGE/UNBLOCK issuer script should be sent during the first transaction. If there is a failure to transmit the script to the card correctly or if there is a problem in the preparation of the script, this can cause customer dissatisfaction. For this reason, the failure and success status of scripts should be followed very carefully.
