SmartGroup selects its technical trainees from 3rd and 4th year students from universities and train them to become affiliates of their qualified teams.

SmartGroup trainees are trained in the business and technical aspects at the Smart Academy (SMAC) to take place and work on substantial innovative projects that are developed for well known financial institutions in the world.

Trainees who are deemed to be successful are welcomed to our qualified teams as engineers after completing their education. Following this, they then begin to shape their career with the help of their coaches.
